授業概要		この授業では、グローバリゼーションが進む社会において、生きづらさや生活課題の解決に取り組む専門職の一つであるソーシャルワークの理論と実践、および関連領域の理論的・実践的な研究をとりあげる。近年の多様化・複雑化するニーズや新たなニーズ、貧困や格差の拡大、無縁化などの問題に対応する方法として、ソーシャルワークの３つの援助技術の中でも、生活の場としての地域コミュニティの役割の重要性がさらに高まっている。この現状を踏まえ、コミュニティワークおよびコミュニティ・プラクティスの理論とスキル、研究方法について重点的に学ぶ。  This course will focus on the profession of social work that is a practice based profession and a discipline that would aim to help vulnerable groups and livelihood problems under globalization and neoliberalism. It will focus on social work theories and practice particularly community work/community practice in order to tackle diversified, complex, and new needs, increasing poverty and a widening inequality, isolation and loneliness. Globalization tears at community ties. It will also explore how we can revitalize communities where people's common human needs are met and how different groups of people or communities have responded to the challenges of globalization.
