実験心理学に関心があり、知覚研究の分野における国際誌の論文を自分で見つけて読めること。聴覚あるいは視覚に関するデモンストレーションを作成する技術を有すること、あるいはそのような技術を学ぶ姿勢を有すること。
The student should be interested in experimental psychology, and should be able to read original articles in the field of perceptual research (in English).

授業概要
|
|
全ての知覚の枠組みを形作る時間について、学生が最近の面白い研究を見つけて発表し、それに関連する視聴覚デモンストレーションの制作あるいは簡易な知覚実験を行い、発表する。ついでに、英語・日本語による学術プレゼンテーションの練習を行なう。
日本語か英語で行う。
(DHS)国際コースの学生さんが履修するなら英語で行う。

Time gives a framework for our whole perceptual experience. The student is expected to find a couple of interesting papers on a topic, and to give short lectures on this topic. The lectures should include perceptual demonstrations or results of new perceptual experiments. To polish the student's presentation ability is also one of our purposes.
Classes will be in Japanese or English.
If a student from the (HS) International course joins, classes will be in English.

How the mind works will be discussed from a specific viewpoint based on time perception research in the past and the present.

先人の研究を重んじ、そこに自らの見解を加えるという、学問の基本を学べばよい。
The student is expected to respect past and present research, and to have an unbiased and coherent view on the body of research accumulated so far.

作業を伴うので、第一回の授業の際に、授業計画について話しあう。何らかの事情で第一回に出席することができなかった場合には、速やかに担当教員と連絡を取ること。
