授業概要		なぜヒトは病気になるのかについて進化の立場から考える学問を進化医学(ダーウィン医学)という。本講義では、進化医学に対して分子の視点、すなわち、化学進化、分子進化、分子間の反応・相互作用を導入する。疾患として、アレルギー、自己免疫疾患を取り上げる。また、後半ではがんについてその診断と治療の観点からその現状を分子レベルで解説する。  Evolutionary medicine (or Darwinian medicine) is scientific field to explain reasons why we become diseases from the evolutional view point. In this class, we will try to introduce molecular view points to revolutionary medicine. Molecular view points mean chemical evolution, molecular evolution, and intermolecular interaction. We will focus on several representative diseases such as allergy, and autoimmune disease. Inthelaterhalfofthisclass,cancertherapyanddiagnosis will be introduced in molecular view point.
