授業概要

いかにすばらしい設計を行っても，実際に製作できなければ意味がない。機械工学の根幹をなすモノ作りの基礎と応用を修得することは必要不可欠である。ここでは，変形加工および除去加工について，基礎から最新の加工方法までを含め，その特徴について講義・演習を行う。

Excellent product designing should always have a manufacturing base.
It is essential for students to learn the basics and application of manufacturing that forms the foundation of mechanical engineering.
In this course, lectures and exercises on the characteristics of deformation processing and removal processing from basic to the latest methods will be given.

Weekly assignments (20 %), participation and behavior in the class (10 %), and final exam (70 %) are evaluated.
Attendance at least two thirds of the course is required for credits.
