授業概要		7名の教授が、現代の先端的技術を支える電子デバイスとそれらに関連した科学技術について講義する。内容としては、プラズマの基礎と応用、光通信デバイス、ディスプレイ、次世代のLSI技術、パワー半導体技術、および電子材料を取り上げる。その前半。  Typical electronic devices and their related core technologies, which support present advanced technologies, are introduced by 7 professors. Concretely, plasma application, opt tele-communication devices, display, next-generation LSI technologies, power semiconductor devices, and electronic materials are picked up. First half of the course.
全体の教育目標		電子デバイス技術について、幅広い知識を修得させる。 Students can obtain wide range knowledge about various electric devices.
