授業概要
薄膜材料の調製からその構造・物性評価に亘る基礎科学と応用を概説する.さらには,樹枝状形態、フラクタル形態、パターン形成、複雑系などの非線形科学のトピックスとそれらの根底にある物理を紹介する. 
Basic science and practical application of thin film materials and functional glasses will be explained. Topics and physical background of nonlinear science such as fractal, dendrite morphologies and so on will be introduced.

The purpose of the present lecture is to understand the basic science and practical application of various inorganic materials such as metallic nanoparticle, advanced metallic materials, functional glass, thin film and thermoelectric materials.
